Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we do offer installation services for an additional fee. Our experienced team ensures that your custom cabinetry is installed perfectly, maximizing both functionality and aesthetics. We'll provide a detailed quote for installation services as part of your project proposal.
Do you handle demolition of the existing kitchen?
We can handle demolition on a case-by-case basis. If we're not able to take on the demolition for your project, we have a network of trusted professionals we can refer you to. We'll discuss demolition needs and options during our planning phase.
How many site visit should I expect?
Typically, you can expect 1-2 site visits from us. We always conduct a thorough site visit after installation to ensure everything meets our high standards. Depending on your project's complexity and the designer's plans, we may need an additional visit earlier in the process. For example, if there are questions about load-bearing walls or other structural elements, we'll schedule a visit to assess these factors in person.
What types of materials do you use?
We specialize in using high-quality, reclaimed wood for our custom cabinetry. This not only provides a unique, characterful look but is also an eco-friendly choice. We source our reclaimed wood locally in Connecticut. We also offer a range of finishes and can work with other materials upon request.
What is your pricing structure?
Our custom kitchens typically start at $15,000, with final pricing dependent on the size of your kitchen, the complexity of the design, and the materials chosen. We provide detailed, transparent pricing as part of our project proposal process.
When is the deposit due and how much it is?
After you approve the design and before we begin crafting your custom cabinetry, we require a 75% deposit. This deposit allows us to secure the necessary materials and begin the craftsmanship process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
